Pierdolca jak to dziewictwo brzmi to przez nich małą syrenkę how much they like me. But some humans just look like they want me to kiss them or touch them with head. It makes them giggle and then I get a wiggly bum and tail. BUT, I am working hard not to do that. When service dogs are public we can only pay attention to our furever human, not to other humans. Goals: To be the best service dog I can be I have to have goals. For the next month goals be, first, to make sure I remember not to beg humans for their food. I am doing much better with this but sometimes that human food makes water come out of mouth and makes me wish I could have a little bite. Did you know service dogs do not get to eat human food? Just treats and dog food. Second, I keep practicing all of tricks. Even when service dogs think they know EVERYTHING, we still have to practice, practice, practice that we always remember the jobs we need to do for our furever humans. Even when we go to our furever homes we still need lots of practice. Please come back a month and check to if I can stay away from that human food and maybe there even be more tricks they teach me! Dawson Status: has been working hard our prison training program, but similar to when he left the ranch, he is still timid. He is one of the sweetest dogs and loves to make you happy, but he takes a little longer to pick things up than his other siblings. He is extremely cautious and gentle which sometimes makes him slower to learn a new command. He is consistent with all of his basics and is starting to learn his advanced commands. Goals: We are hoping to get out into public with trainers to build his confidence, into hospitals to visit patients, and continue his advanced commands. Status: The vote is out and far Dex is the litter favorite at our prison program. He has turned into a beautiful dog and acts like he knows it! He is almost too smart and keeps having to be given new tasks to learn to keep him busy…such a smart pup! Dex is consistent with all his basic obedience and the majority of his advanced commands as well. Dex has even been alerting when one of his trainers has low blood sugar! Goals: Dex has a little too much energy around his brothers, we are helping him control himself around other dogs. Status: Dove has quite the character for a puppy! She craves attention and can sometimes act out when she doesn't get it. We have been working with Dove on all of her basics as well as being polite and courteous. She has had success with most of her basic obedience, but sometimes still struggle with being too energetic. Our trainers are working hard to help her contain herself during training. Goals: We plan to get Dove closer and closer to being consistent with all basic obedience. Once she does better with these she start getting into public on field trips where we asses her confidence and ensure she's on the right path. Status: is our energetic boy from this litter and always seems to have more store. Although he is always bouncing around when playing with his siblings, he does very well with concentrating during training time. is being fostered and we are excited to seem him continue his knowledge of basic commands Goals: Socialization and Basic Obedience Status: Hello friends! name is I'm a student at Little Angels Service Dogs Academy. I am also fostered by one of teachers there Doesn't that sound nice? It is really because I BUT…it means I often have to do homework AFTER school as well. Can you imagine if you lived with your teacher?? Sometime she forgets to stop being a teacher. Sometimes it's ruff work, but the cuddles and playtime with siblings are well worth it. studies have been going well far. I am very consistent with sit's and down's. heel's are pretty good at school but sometimes on field trips I get too excited to heel perfectly. Oops! I work really hard at this! I learned a trick called brace a few weeks back, and now when I brace I get to wear this special service dog vest I can better help the trainer stay upright. I can also do paw's up for a time now. I really like the cuddles that paws up gets me sometimes I pretend not to know that off means I have to get down. HAHA it's a pretty tricky way to get more cuddles! Just 't tell I best be going now, it's almost feeding time and I 't
